Scope of services

Sentencial provides language and media localization services including translation, subtitling, transcription, dubbing, captioning and related production support based on agreed project scope.

Quotes and acceptance

Project pricing, turnaround and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Work starts after the quote or statement of work is accepted by the client.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate source files, instructions, terminology preferences and legal rights to process submitted content. Delays in source delivery can impact agreed timelines.

Quality and revisions

Sentencial follows defined quality checks for each service. Revision requests linked to original scope are supported within the agreed review window.

Confidentiality and data security

Project information is handled confidentially and shared only with authorized personnel and approved partners involved in delivery.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, final deliverables are assigned to the client unless another licensing arrangement is stated in the project agreement.

Payments and cancellations

Payment terms, milestones and cancellation conditions are defined in the accepted quote. Work completed up to cancellation may be billed proportionally.
